1. Gear Strip Area Precision Machining

1. Adopt high-hardness mold steel (S136 / NAK80) with vacuum heat treatment, high wear resistance for long-term mass production;
2. Gear tooth cavities processed by high-precision CNC wire EDM & grinding machine, tooth tolerance controlled within ±0.005mm;
3. Uniform draft angle on each gear tooth, no undercut, smooth plastic filling without flash or burrs;
4. Optimized runner layout to ensure balanced melt flow along the long strip, prevent shrinkage mark & warpage on gear surface.

2. Product Demolding Optimization Solution (Solve Part Sticking Issue)

1. Install multiple small diameter ejector pins evenly distributed on the cavity side (gear tooth zone & mounting base position);
2. Synchronous ejection design: ejector pins push the whole cable tie strip evenly when mold opens, avoid single-point stress & product bending;
3. Polished cavity surface + reasonable draft angle reduce adhesion force between plastic part and mold steel;
4. The snap mounting head at the end adopts independent sliding core structure, smooth release without damaging the buckle clip structure.
