5. Cooling & Ejection System Details


5.1 Independent Spiral Conformal Cooling System

  • Layout: Full surrounding spiral water channels wrapped around the entire long cavity and core pin
  • Channel Diameter: φ8–φ12mm
  • Cooling Medium: Constant temperature circulating cooling water (10–40℃ adjustable mold temperature controller)
  • Core Advantage: Solve long preform body warpage, shrinkage and PET crystallization white fog problems; shorten production cycle by 25%–35%


5.2 Full Long Sleeve Balanced Ejection System

  • Structure: Integrated long sleeve ejector fully wraps the preform body, matched with long core pins
  • Synchronous multi-group ejection balance design, effectively prevent slender preform bending, thread scratch and product sticking
  • Equipped with ejector limit switch to avoid over-travel damage to core pins
