Water Dispenser Housing Injection Mould

Adopts balanced gating and conformal cooling system. The cooling circuit follows the contour of the big curved surface, which shortens cycle time and minimizes cosmetic defects such as sink mark, weld line and deformation. The circular recess area adopts independent insert structure, convenient for replacement and maintenance when customers adjust the opening size later.

Cavity and core select hardened mould steel for long service life. We provide different polishing grades: SPI finish for glossy surface, matte texture etching for anti-fingerprint appearance of water dispenser. Strict polishing control to avoid orange peel and uneven texture on visible surfaces.

Optimized ejection layout to prevent push mark and deformation on the cosmetic side. The positioning pins and inserts are machined to tight tolerance, ensuring consistent position of the circular opening, screw posts and internal ribs in every shot, so the plastic parts can perfectly match pumps, filters and other internal assemblies.

Mould design reserves enough strength to run PP, ABS, ABS+PC and other materials, including food-grade plastic for drinking appliance. We adjust shrinkage value during mould making based on the customer’s target material.

Mould structure reinforced for high-volume continuous production. Standardized hot runner option is available to reduce waste and improve surface quality. Full mould trial report, FAI dimension report and mould maintenance guidance will be handed over together.
