This guarantees a perfect, leak-proof fit with mainstream pipette brands and stable liquid transfer accuracy.
Multi-cavity balanced design: Available in 96-cavity, 128-cavity, and other high-cavity configurations, with fully balanced runner systems to ensure uniform filling, pressure, and cooling across all cavities, eliminating batch-to-batch and cavity-to-cavity variation.
Precision filter pocket design: Customized, interference-free filter installation positions to ensure 100% filter seating, no leakage, and consistent filtration performance for every tip.

2. Medical-Grade Material & Durability

Premium mold steel selection: Adopts high-grade medical mold steels such as S136H, 718H, and NAK80, with excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness, and mirror polish performance. The steel is fully heat-treated to achieve a hardness of HRC 48-52, ensuring long service life (over 1 million shots) and stable production.
Mirror-polished cavity surface: The inner cavity is processed to a high-gloss mirror finish (Ra ≤ 0.02μm), ensuring the pipette tip has high transparency, no burrs, and no residual stress, meeting the strict appearance and biocompatibility requirements of medical consumables.
