The finished device is assembled from a series of injection‑molded plastic parts: rounded curved main enclosure, thin‑wall transparent top protective cover, dual‑button control panel bezel and internal support brackets, cooperating with motor assembly, trimming blade unit, grinding module and power components. Our project scope covers DFM feasibility review, mould design, tool manufacturing, mould trial, plastic injection molding, mechanical fitting, component integration and finished‑product performance validation. Challenging features including seamless curved shell, thin‑wall transparent dust‑proof cover and high‑precision button mounting positions are achieved by high‑precision injection moulding. We provide DFM optimization suggestions upon receiving your samples or 3D engineering data.
