The finished device is assembled from a series of injection‑molded plastic parts: octagonal main base shell, complex thin‑wall geometric mesh suction‑inlet grille, control panel bezel and rotary knob housing, together with internal hardware: suction fan assembly, digital LED display and control PCB. Our project scope covers DFM feasibility review, mould design, tool manufacturing, mould trial, plastic injection molding, mechanical assembly, electronic integration and finished‑product performance validation. Challenging features including intricate web‑structured grille and octagonal shaped housing are achieved by high‑precision injection moulding. We provide DFM optimization suggestions upon receiving your samples or 3D engineering data.
Our mould team addresses key technical challenges: thin‑wall complex mesh grille structure, multi‑side draft of octagonal housing and control component mounting positions. Optimized runner and balanced cooling layout stabilizes molding quality, greatly reduces risks of sink marks, flash, warpage and dimension deviation.
